Background/Description of the Disclosure
As previously disclosed, Bonham Strand Investments Ltd. and Mr. Xu Hanjiang subscribed to a total of 2,459,292,441 shares of the Corporation, with the aggregate par value of Php122,964,,622.05. The subscription was subject to the approval of the Corporation's application for increase in capital stock. On 24 April 2018, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the increase in capital. Accordingly, the said shares were issued in favor of Bonham Strand Investments Ltd. and Mr. Xu Hanjiang.
