Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Board of Directors and the stockholders in their separate meetings held on April 20, 2018 and May 15, 2018, respectively, approved the amendment of Article Sixth of the Bank's Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of Directors from eleven (11) to twelve (12). The said amendment shall be subject to BSP approval prior to submission to other regulatory agencies concerned.
