We write in response to your notice dated 10 July 2018 requesting for an update with regard to the Joint Motion for Judgment in the case filed before the Commission on Audit (COA) based on the Compromise Agreement between the Philippine Reclamation Authority and CYBR’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Central Bay Reclamation and Development Corporation. As of today, the PRA has not yet resolved the Joint Motion for Judgment or issued any order or resolution in relation thereto. Said Joint Motion remains pending resolution. CYBR shall inform the Exchange as soon as the COA has resolved the Joint Motion for Judgment filed by the parties.
