The Board of Directors of PHILIPPINE SEVEN CORPORATION, in its Meeting of July 19, 2018 held at Opal ABC, Level 4, Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila, Ortigas Avenue corner ADB Avenue, Quezon City, there being a quorum, the Board of Directors during said meeting has approved the cash dividend declaration of Forty Three Centavos (Php0.43) per share. The record date for entitlement to said cash dividend shall be on August 07, 2018 and the payment date shall be on August 17, 2018.
