On August 14, 2018, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Xurpas Inc. approved the 2018 1st half unaudited consolidated financial statements of Xurpas Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Group”). The Board also committed to strengthen its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities for the Group for 2018.
