Background/Description of the Disclosure
On Sep. 5, 2018, the Board of Directors of Xurpas Inc. ("Xurpas") approved the reassignment of Mr. Jose Vicente T. Colayco and Mr. Alfonso A. Tagaysay to ODX Pte Ltd (ODX), a 100% owned subsidiary of Xurpas. As such, Messrs. Colayco and Tagaysay are resigning as Director, Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Marketing Officer, respectively, of Xurpas effective Sep. 6, 2018.
