Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 28 September 2018, PGMC and PCSO executed a (i) Supplemental Equipment Lease Agreement, and a (ii) Cash Bond Agreement pursuant to PCSO Board Resolution Number 0254, Series of 2018, which was passed during a Special Meeting of the Board of the PCSO on 16 August 2018. The Supplemental Equipment Lease Agreement provides for an extension of the Equipment Lease Agreement for a period of one year effective 23 August 2018 to 22 August 2019.
