On January 29, 2019, Mr. Raymond Gerard S. Racaza resigned as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. His resignation shall be effective on January 30, 2019. On the same day, the board of directors of Xurpas Inc. approved the appointment of the following: 1. Mr. Alexander D. Corpuz was appointed as Director and Interim President. He will also continue to act as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Information Officer; and 2. Mr. Fernando Jude F. Garcia was appointed as Treasurer. He will also continue to act as Director and Chief Technology Officer.
