The results of the opening of the bids at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on 9 July 2019.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Philippine Gaming Management Corporation was one of only two bidders who joined the “SBAC Contract No. 2019-01 (Re: Five [5] Years Lease of the PCSO Lottery System [PLS]) by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office”. During the opening of the submitted bids, only PGMC was declared eligible subject to evaluation and approval by the PCSO. Being the only one declared eligible, only PGMC’s financial bid was opened.
