In compliance with the Honorable Commission’s Memorandum Circular No. 10, Series of 2019, we submit the attached Related Party Transactions (RPT) Policy and Guidelines of Seafront Resources Corporation (SRC or the Company) which was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, in its special meeting held on October 14, 2019. The RPT Policy and Guidelines includes a policy on material related policy transactions in accordance with the Rules on Material Related Party Transactions set forth by the Commission.
