Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be advised of the following significant items approved by the Board of Directors at the regular meeting held on September 28, 2020. 1. Secondment of FVP Anna Christina Vicente and appointment as President and CEO of RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation (subject to BSP/other regulatory approvals, as may be required) FVP Anna Christina Vicente has thirty four (34) years of professional experience gained in both local and multinational banks, more than four (4) years of which was obtained with RCBC. She is currently the Head of North Metro Manila Division in Small and Medium Enterprises Banking Group and has been successfully managing the credit quality as well as the profitability of the loan portfolio and administrative requirements of the Lending Centers in North Metro Manila. She has vast experience in corporate and commercial banking focusing on marketing, account solicitation, credit management and collection as well as acquired skills and competencies for managing and leading teams in achieving loan volume, deposit, fee income and net income targets. She is a graduate of Ateneo De Manila University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 1986.
