Please be advised that during the meeting of the Board of Directors of I-Remit Inc. held on 23 October 2020 (Friday), the Board approved the amendment of its Articles of Incorporation to align the primary purpose with the Corporation's Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Certificate of Registration as a Remittance and Transfer Company with a Type "C" electronic money issuer, virtual currency exchange services, and money-changing/foreign exchange dealing registration in the Philippines. Said amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was approved by the stockholders in a Special Stockholders' Meeting held on 02 December 2020 (Wednesday).
