We amend this disclosure to reflect the following information on Ms Warner: Ms. Warner has 31 years of experience in Audit and Risk Management. She is currently the Chief Audit Executive of Security Bank, a function she has held for 9 years. Prior to this role, she held Information Security audit team head roles for 8 years since she joined the bank in August 2003. Prior to Security Bank, she had a 6-months stint with JP Morgan Chase Bank as Risk Manager for Chase Card Services. She started her banking career with RCBC Internal Audit Department in 1992 as IT Audit Team Leader for 9 years and transferred to Corporate Risk Management as Systems Risk Analyst until she left RCBC in 2003. Ms Warner worked with Sycip Gorres Velayo (SGV) and Co. for 3 years as Audit Staff II (in-charge) after graduation. She holds the following Licenses and Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Treasury Professional, Certificate Program on Cybersecurity Audit. Ms. Warner graduated in 1989 from De La Salle University, Manila, with a double degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Mathematics and Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting. She also earned units and completed all foundation and major courses in Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT), from De La Salle from 1997 to 2005.
