Other Relevant Information

We are submitting an Amended Financial Report of Cosco Capital, Inc. for 3Q CY 2014 to add the notes, "Treasury shares refer to Cosco Capital, Inc.'s shares held by a subsidiary. On a consolidated basis of presentation for Cosco Capital, Inc.'s financial statements, they are classified as treasury shares" on page 30 under the 'Interim Consolidated Statements of Changes in Equity.
