The resignation of Ms. Luna was not due to any disagreement with NOW Corporation on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practice. Ms. Jozolly O. Ramos-Uy was designated Acting Treasurer and Ms. Melissa T. Dimayuga was designated Acting Chief Financial Officer, to occupy the positions vacated by Ms. Luna.
