Filing of the application with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the total aggregate amount of Php1,500,000,000 worth of commercial papers in which proceeds shall be used to finance the funding requirements of the Company; and 2. Filing of the Registration Statement with SEC for this purpose.
