Background/Description of the Disclosure
The following officers have been promoted from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President subject to approval by the Board of Directors: Mr. Victor Emmanuel B. Santos, Jr. Mr. Emmanuel Antonio P. Singson Mr. Victor Emmanuel B. Santos, Jr. (Lito) is Senior Vice President of First Philippine Holdings (“FPH”) and heads its Legal and Regulatory Group apart from serving as its Compliance Officer. He joined FPH in 2001. He is the President of FP Island Energy Corp. and Pi Energy, Inc., and is a Director of FPH subsidiaries First Philippine Electric Corporation (“First Philec”), First Philippine Industrial Park (“FPIP”), First College, and Pi Health, among others. Lito holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University (1989), and earned his MBA (with Finance & International Business concentration) at Fordham University, New York (1995). Before joining FPH, he worked as Director for Global Markets at Enron Singapore. Mr. Emmanuel Antonio P. Singson (Noel) is Senior Vice President, Treasurer & Chief Finance Officer of FPH since 2015. He was elected as a director of FPH in 2021. He has led, structured, negotiated and implemented multiple financing initiatives for First Gen and its subsidiaries, including the US$1.5B EDC acquisition in 2007, the US$544M Sta. Rita Refinancing in 2008, and the US$360M Acquisition of British Gas shares in the First Gas companies in 2012. He is a Director of FPH subsidiaries First Philec, FPIP, First Balfour, Pi Energy, and Pi Health, among others. He has oversight of all Finance and Accounting functions of subsidiaries of FPH. Noel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University (1987). Before joining the group, he worked at Chemical Bank/JP Morgan Investment Bank and the Far East Bank and Trust Company.
