Splash Corporation
| Splash Corporation (SPH) was incorporated on September 30, 1991 primarily to develop, manufacture, bottle, pack and market cosmetics and other beauty products, pharmaceutical products in the Philippines and abroad. SPH's products and brands are classified into four basic categories, namely skin whitening; skin exfoliants; hair care; and new markets (including foods). Among the recognized brands of the Company are "Kolours", "Vitresse", "Extraderm", "Maxi-Peel", "Skin White", "Biolink", and "Theraherb VCO". In 2009, the Company created a new revenue stream by going into the direct selling business. The Company also marked its entry into the food business with the purchase of significant equity of Barrio Fiesta Manufacturing Corporation in August 2011 and followed this up with the purchase of Moondish Foods Corporation in September 2012. SPH established subsidiaries in foreign countries primarily to accelerate its international expansion. These are P.T. Splash Cahaya in Indonesia; Splash H&B SDN BHD in Malaysia; Splash H&B Limited in Nigeria; and Splash Global PTE.LTD. in Singapore. The Company also has a representative office in Vietnam.
