Please be informed that our Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Ana Mari B. Bentilanon as the Group Controller of Manila Water Company, Inc. (the “Company”) effective January 16, 2022. As Group Controller, Ms. Bentilanon will lead the implementation of controllership, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and tax functions for the Company and its subsidiaries. She will likewise take the lead in the Company’s compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) and local regulators.
