This is an amendment of the report dated 8 November 2021, to account for an error in foreign exchange conversion rates of two principal debt payments. Foreign Exchange conversion rates for both payments should have been USD1: PHP50.686 instead of USD1:PHP47.98. Kindly refer to the attached report, as amended, to account for the revisions.
