This is with reference to PSE EDGE Disclosure Notice No. DN00017-2022 dated February 8, 2022.
To date, Bogo-Medellin Milling Company, Inc. (“BMM”) has not yet complied with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange by failing to submit its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2021, on or before the extended deadline of January 28, 2022.
Pursuant to Article VII, Section 17.8 on Sanctions for Non-Compliance with Certain Structured Reportorial Requirements under the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules of the Exchange, as amended, should the Company fail to comply with the Exchange’s structured reportorial requirements, the trading of BMM’s shares will be automatically suspended effective at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, February 15, 2022.
