Background/Description of the Disclosure
We received notice today that the request of Natura Aeropack Corporation ("NAC") for postponement of Start of Commercial Operation (SCO) from May 2022 to January 2023 for its project, specifically the manufacturing of coconut oil fractions & coconut base surfactants and downstream consumer products, has been approved by the PEZA through a letter addressed to NAC dated March 1, 2022. NAC is a subsidiary of D&L Industries, Inc. (D&L) and a PEZA-registered company. NAC is one of the subsidiaries of D&L undertaking the expansion in Batangas.
