In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the different community quarantines and government restrictions on movement of persons and business operations, DD was constrained to re-prioritize its projects and developments in order to optimize its expenditures.

Following current regulations, DoubleDragon intends to invest its net proceeds in two (2) office towers in Metro Manila, eleven (11) hotel properties, four (4) mixed-use developments, fourteen (14) warehouse complexes and ten (10) community mall centers located in the Philippines.

DoubleDragon is to disburse a total of Php 6,096.1 Million, which represents the total proceeds from the IPO less the total disbursements made as of December 31, 2021.

From the original plan of 26 projects, the revised Plan now covers 41 real estate projects of DoubleDragon. Pertinent changes are outlined below.

6 CentralHub projects were removed subject to an initial change in priority development plans namely CentralHub-Zamboanga, CentralHub-Butuan, CentralHub-Naga, CentralHub-Bohol, CentralHub-Palawan and CentralHub-Bulacan. DD Meridian Tower will be removed since after evaluation the cash of DD Meridian Tower Corp is already sufficient to finish the project, and Mactan Beachfront Property were removed subject to a change in development priority plans.

Disbursements to the 10 projects listed below was reduced by P2,259.3 Million due to changes in development schedules as a results of adjustment in the priority developments, adjustment in the development size, and adjusted timetable.
