Background
This is with reference to Disclosure Notice Nos. DN00131-2021 dated October 14, 2021, DN00135-2021 dated October 27, 2021 and DN00010-2022 dated January 25, 2022 regarding the imposition of the suspension on the trading of the shares of Boulevard Holdings, Inc. (“BHI” or the “Company”) for its failure to submit its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2021 and Quarterly Reports (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended August 31, 2021 and November 30, 2021 (collectively, the “Structured Reports”). In this connection, please be advised that the Company has submitted the Structured Reports, under Company Report Nos. CR02653-2022, CR02654-2022 and CR02655-2022 all dated May 4, 2022. Given the Company’s compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, the trading of BHI shares will resume tomorrow, May 5, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. For your information and guidance.
