On April 29, 2020, the Exchange approved the application of Altus Property Ventures, Inc. (the “Company”) for the initial listing of 100,000,000 common shares, with a par value of ₱1.00 per share, under the SME Board of the Exchange. On June 26, 2020, the Company’s common shares were listed on the Exchange. After a careful review of the Company’s representations, supporting documents and records, and all relevant information, the Exchange approved the Company’s application to transfer to the Main Board of the Exchange, in accordance with the PSE rules.
