Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Robinsons-backed RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR), at its regular meeting held today, approved the declaration of cash dividends at P0.0965 per outstanding common share. The cash dividends will be payable on May 31, 2022 to stockholders on record as of May 26, 2022. RCR’s dividend policy is to distribute at least 90% of its distributable income, in compliance with the REIT Law and the Revised REIT Implementing Rules and Regulations.
