(“VREIT” or the “Company”) informed the Exchange that: “We write in connection with the registration statement and listing application of VistaREIT, Inc. in relation to its initial public offering of up to 2,750,000,000 secondary common shares, which will comprise of 2,500,000,000 firm shares with an overallotment option of up to 250,000,000 common shares. Please be advised that the final offer price for the REIT initial public offering of VistaREIT, Inc.’s common shares is PHP1.75 per common share”. As further stated by the Company, “VistaREIT, Inc. is still awaiting feedback from the Securities and Exchange Commission on any further disclosures required to be made with respect to the revised offer size”.
