For all other LSI Applicants whose nominated PSE Trading Participant is not specified in the table above, refunds will be made through the issuance of checks by the Receiving Agent, which shall be made available for pick-up at the Receiving Agent’s Office at 10th Floor, Telcom Plaza, 316 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, 1209 Makati City, starting on the fifth (5th) Banking Day after the end of the Offer Period or starting on 3 June 2022. If such check refunds are not claimed after thirty (30) calendar days following the beginning of the refund period, such checks shall be mailed to the LSI Applicant’s registered address at the LSI Applicant’s risk.”
