Background/Description of the Disclosure
Pursuant to the regular cash dividend declaration of Megawide Construction Corporation (the “Company”) for its Series 4 Preferred Shares (MWP4) with a payment date of 29 July of each year, the Board of Directors has set 08 July 2022 as the record date. The cash dividend is equal to PhP 1.325 per share or a total of PhP 53,000,000.00 out of the unrestricted retained earnings of Megawide as of 31 December 2021. As stated on page 16 of the Prospectus for the Series 4 Preferred Shares (MWP4) of the Company dated 08 October 2021, cash dividends shall be payable on 29 January, 29 April, 29 July, and 29 October of each year.
