CHP executed today a facility agreement with BDO Unibank, Inc. (“BDO”) for a 5-year senior unsecured term loan for a principal amount of up to Six Billion Six Hundred Ninety Million Philippine Pesos (Php6,690,000,000.00), the proceeds of which will be used to partially repay CHP’s outstanding indebtedness under the current facility agreement with BDO.
