Please be informed that the Board of Directors of RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR), at its regular meeting held today, approved the declaration of cash dividends at P0.0972 per outstanding common share. The cash dividends will be payable on August 31, 2022 to stockholders on record as of August 23, 2022. RCR’s dividend policy is to distribute at least 90% of its distributable income, in compliance with the REIT Law and the Revised REIT Implementing Rules and Regulations.
