On 16 August 2022, Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (the “Corporation”) received the Letter dated 15 August 2022 from the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), assessing a penalty in the amount of Two Hundred Six Thousand Pesos (PhP206,000.00) for the belated filing of the Corporation’s 2021 Annual Report. The Corporation shall pay the penalty within the prescribed period.
