International Container Terminal Services, Inc.(ICTSI) has previously submitted its application for the registration of the new Data Protection Officer (DPO) to the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Today, September 23, 2022, ICTSI formally received from the NPC a notice of confirmation of the completeness of its registration process for the appointment of the Company’s new DPO, Ms. Cristina Castro, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
