Background/Description of the Disclosure
The 2022 ASM was adjourned today, 30 September 2022. None of the items in the agenda was approved due to a lack of quorum. PTT shall set another meeting date for the 2022 ASM. The incumbent directors of PTT shall continue to serve as such until the successful election of new directors for 2022.
