(“Company”) held today, 30 September 2022, the Board approved the revision in the estimated timing of the disbursement of the proceeds realized from the Initial Public Offering (“Offer”) of 1,375,000,000 common shares at an offer price of Php1.00 per share conducted on 13 April 2022. The total proceeds from the Offer amounted to Php1,375,000,000.00.
