This is with reference to First Metro Philippine Equity Exchange Traded Fund, Inc.’s (“FMETF” or the “Company”) disclosure under Company Announcement No. C07929-2022 dated October 26, 2022.
In the said disclosure, the Company reported the following:
“Failure to displayed correct iNav on FMETF and PSE website
. . . .
iNav displayed on October 26, 2022 as of 10:00am is not calculating. iNav still fixing and coordinating with service provider.”
Pursuant to Part B Section 7 (b)(iv) of the PSE Rules on Exchange Traded Funds, the Exchange will implement a trading halt on FMETF shares at 10:25 a.m. today, October 26, 2022.
UPDATE
In connection with the above, FMETF submitted to the Exchange its disclosure under Company Announcement No. C07933-2022 dated October 26, 2022, which stated that:
“iNav displayed on October 26, 2022 as of 10:00am is not calculating. iNav still fixing and coordinating with service provider. As of 11:16 a.m. today, October 26, 2022, this has been rectified and the INAV display is now correct.”
Given the foregoing, the halt on the trading of FMETF shares will be lifted at 11:25 a.m. today, October 26, 2022.
