As previously announced in Listing Notice No. LN00244-2022 dated September 29, 2022, the Exchange approved the application of Globe Telecom, Inc. (“GLO” or the “Company”) for the listing of additional 10,119,047 common shares (“Rights Shares”), to cover the Company’s 1:13.2366 Stock Rights Offering (“SRO” or the “Offer”), at an Offer Price of Php 1,680.00 per share. As of October 26, 2022, the Company has complied with the applicable listing requirements of the Exchange, including among others, the submission of the following: 1. Sworn Corporate Secretary’s Certificate dated October 10, 2022 attesting to the following: Number of Shares subscribed by eligible shareholders in the First Round: 9,774,875 Number of Shares subscribed by eligible shareholders in the Second Round: 344,172 2. Sworn Corporate Secretary’s Certificate dated October 25, 2022 certifying that the Rights Shares have been issued in uncertificated form in accordance with the requirements of Section 43 of the Philippine Securities Regulation Code. 3. Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation lodgment certificate. The designated Stock Transfer Agent is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the said Rights Shares. As previously announced in Listing Notice No. LN00244-2022 dated September 29, 2022, the Exchange approved the application of Globe Telecom, Inc. (“GLO” or the “Company”) for the listing of additional 10,119,047 common shares (“Rights Shares”), to cover the Company’s 1:13.2366 Stock Rights Offering (“SRO” or the “Offer”), at an Offer Price of Php 1,680.00 per share.

As of October 26, 2022, the Company has complied with the applicable listing requirements of the Exchange, including among others, the submission of the following:

1. Sworn Corporate Secretary’s Certificate dated October 10, 2022 attesting to the following:

Number of Shares subscribed by eligible shareholders in the First Round: 9,774,875
Number of Shares subscribed by eligible shareholders in the Second Round: 344,172

2. Sworn Corporate Secretary’s Certificate dated October 25, 2022 certifying that the Rights Shares have been issued in uncertificated form in accordance with the requirements of Section 43 of the Philippine Securities Regulation Code.

3. Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation lodgment certificate.

The designated Stock Transfer Agent is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the said Rights Shares.
