On November 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Kareila Management Corporation, owner and operator of “S&R” membership warehouse, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puregold Price Club, Inc., approved to purchase 100% capital stock of PSMT Philippines, Inc. for One Hundred Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P112,500,000.00). The Co Family owns PSMT Philippines, Inc.
