Clarification of News Report
Please see below our clarification of the statement, "Xurpas is on track with its P379-million net income guidance this year on the back of its aggressive Southeast Asia expansion", which appeared in a news article published in The Manila Times. Xurpas held a press conference on April 15, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the Makati Shangrila Hotel. However, Xurpas President Mr. Nico Jose S. Nolledo ("Mr. Nolledo") or anyone from the Xurpas management did not make the statement "P379-million net income guidance this year". What Mr. Nolledo said was that Xurpas was on track with its plans this year. Xurpas is not aware of the reporter's source for the figure cited. X's gross revenue for 2014 is Php392.2 million, while its net income is Php190.7 million, based on its 2014 Audited Financial Statements.
