On 25 January 2023, the Board, through a Special Meeting, approved the revised details on the conduct of a Follow-On Offering of at least ten percent (10%) of the Corporation’s issued and outstanding shares
Other Relevant Information
1. CIP will be filing its Registration Statement ("RS") to the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"); 2. As of today, there is no definite timetable for the Follow-On Offering but the conduct thereof will be completed on or before 1 December 2023; 3. The Follow-On Offering is by way of secondary offering of shares which will come from following stockholders: Stockholders: Chemholdings Corporation (504,533 shares or 4.9%); A2K Holdings Corporation (504,533 shares or 4.9%); and RG Holdings Corporation (20,595 shares or 0.2%); 4. This resolution modified and superseded the the Board Resolution dated November 16, 2022; and 5. Additional disclosures, as may be relevant, will be made in due course.
