Please be informed that the Board of Directors of RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR), at its regular meeting held today, approved the declaration of cash dividends at Php0.0976 per outstanding common share. The cash dividends will be payable on February 28, 2023 to stockholders on record as of February 20, 2023. RCR’s dividend policy is to distribute at least 90% of its distributable income, in compliance with the REIT Law and the Revised REIT Implementing Rules and Regulations.
