Suntrust Resort Holdings, Inc.'s (“SUN” or the “Company”, formerly “Suntrust Home Developers, Inc.”) Board of Directors (the “Board”) and stockholders’ approved the subscription by Fortune Noble Limited (“FNL”) to 2,550,000,000 SUN common shares out of the increase in the authorized capital stock of the Company. As of February 21, 2023, the Company has complied with all the applicable requirements for the listing of the said shares. The number of SUN’s listed common shares will be accordingly adjusted on listing date. For your information and guidance.
