Background/Description of the Disclosure
We would like to inform the Exchange that earlier today MRC Allied Inc. (MRC) received a Letter dated 08 March 2023 from the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) concerning our company’s request for the amendment of our Private Placement to include in the purpose or intended use of proceeds thereof investing in Information Communications Technology (“ICT”) business as mentioned in the previous disclosure of the company dated February 22, 2023. As can be gleaned from the Letter, the SEC expressed that it has no objection to the amendment.
