Disclosure Update on CPGI vs Okada Group docketed as Civil case no. 14-359
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Further to the disclosures made by Century Properties Group Inc. (“CPGI”) relative to the case against the Okada Group, CPGI would like to inform the Honorable Commission and the Honorable Exchange that the Company was notified by its legal counsel today, April 23, 2015, of a Court Order issued by the Court Of Appeals dated March 27, 2015 granting Okada’s Petition for Review, thus setting aside the Court Order dated July 25, 2014 issued by the Regional Trial Court of Makati, Branch 66 which ordered in favor of Century Properties Group. Inc.’s (“CPGI”) the preliminary prohibitory injunction against the Okada. CPGI’s counsels are now studying the legal options the Company will take anent to this order.
Likewise, CPGI would like to inform the Honorable Exchange that it has filed a Notice of Arbitration dated April 17, 2015 before the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center pursuant to the Dispute Resolution clause in the Investment Agreement executed between CPGI and Okada.
CPGI undertakes that it shall continuously inform the Honorable Exchange with regard to any material update/information relative to the above transaction.

Background and nature of the proceedings for the Petition filed by CPGI under the Regional Trial Court of Makati docketed as Civil Case No. 14-359, the “Petition”) against the Okada Group:
1. Filing of a Supplemental Notice of Dispute and a Petition for Interim Measures of Protection (For Issuance of Writ of Preliminary Injunction, Writ of Preliminary Mandatory Injunction and Writ of Preliminary Attachment/Garnishment and ex parte 20-day Temporary Order of Protection).
2. Court issued an Order dated 13 May 2014 (the “Order”), denying and dismissing the Petition for Interim Measures of Protection
3. Court Order dated July 25, 2014, which granted Century Properties Group. Inc.’s (“CPGI”) application for preliminary prohibitory injunction against the Okada group in Civil Case No. 14-359, filed with the RTC Branch 66, Makati City entitled, “Century Properties Group, Inc. vs. Eagle I Landholdings, Inc., et al.” This is in response to the Motion for Reconsideration filed by CPGI questioning the earlier ruling of the Court denying the injunctive relief prayed for by CPGI.”
