Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Union Bank of the Philippines (the “Bank”) at its regular meeting held on March 24, 2023, approved the increase in the Bank’s PHP Bonds Program from Php39.0 billion to Php50.0 billion and the issuance of up to Php30.0 billion out of the Bonds Program. The Bank has yet to establish the timetable and other details for the issuance.
