Subject	FMETF - Trading Halt

Background
This is with reference to First Metro Philippine Equity Exchange Traded Fund, Inc.’s (“FMETF” or the “Company”) disclosure under Company Announcement No. C02263-2023 dated March 27, 2023. In the said disclosure, the Company reported the following: “iNav displayed on March 27, 2023 as of 10:30am is not calculating. iNav still fixing and coordinating with service provider.” Pursuant to Part B Section 7 (b)(iv) of the PSE Rules on Exchange Traded Funds, the Exchange will implement a trading halt on FMETF shares at 11:50 a.m. today, March 27, 2023. The Exchange will inform the trading participants and the investing public of further developments on the matter. For your information and guidance.

Background
