(“PBB” or the “Bank”) for the listing of additional 50,000,000 common shares (the “Rights Shares”), to cover the Bank’s 1:4.6428 Stock Rights Offering, at an Offer Price of Php 10.00 per share. Further, in the summary of the SRO results section, please be advised that the Underwriter’s Take-up pertains to the shares taken up by the principal shareholders as indicated in their prospectus. The designated Stock Transfer Agent is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the said Rights Shares. For your information and guidance.
