In compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) we wish to inform the Commission that House of Investments, Inc. and RYM Business Management Corporation signed the Deed of Sale today, April 26, 2023, for the sale of 207,256,297 common shares, representing 20% of the outstanding common shares of EEI Corporation, at the Manila Golf and Country Club.
