Auction of Delinquent Shares
Background/Description of the Disclosure
As previously disclosed to the PSE last April 17, 2023, PHA will hold an auction of delinquent shares on May 11, 2023, to comprise three lots for a total of 1,457,756,139 shares for a minimum bid of Php361,810,663.16. Today, May 11, 2023, an auction was held where Mr. Ernest Yeung, a private investor, bid for 1,389,802,253 shares representing 24.35% of the total outstanding shares of PHA and was awarded Auction Lot 1. There were no bidders for the remaining Auction Lots 2 and 3 which comprise 67,953,886 shares and these remain delinquent.
