The Department of Energy has issued Certifications of Good Standing dated May 17 and May 19, 2023 in
respect of the following SOLAR power projects being developed by special purpose vehicle ("SPV") corporations under
the umbrella of ALTER:
List of valid and subsisting service contracts

(A) SOLAR PACIFIC CITYSUN CORPORATION (SPCC):
1. Kabankalan Solar Power Project;
2. Tagum Solar Power Project;
3. Victorias Solar Power Project;
4. Dumaguete Solar Power Project;
5. Boracay Solar Power Project;
6. Kalibo Solar Power Project;
7. CityMall Dau Solar Power Project; and
8. CityMall Mandalagan Solar Power Project;
(B) SOLANA SOLAR ALPHA INC. (SSAI):

Other Relevant Information

Certifications of Good Standing in respect of ALTER's WIND projects being developed by their respective SPVs are still currently pending for issuance. They will be disclosed once issued.

Certifications for the HYDRO Projects have been filed and approved earlier this month.
